Video editing and Motion Graphics
Much like for movies, trailers bring about excitement in marching band. These trailers announce the theme and musical repertoire for an ensemble's upcoming competition season. When I was in high school, I enjoyed creating fictional show trailers, imagining the swell of excitement that would come from presenting them to a band program.
In 2022, I got the opportunity to work with my alma mater to create the trailer for their program, "Adore". With a deeper understanding of video editing and motion graphics from my professional work, I was able to create the type of dynamic trailer that I longed for as a young musician. When I heard the students cheer in anticipation at the end of the video, I knew my work paid off.
As a result of this project, I have since been asked to produce trailers for several other ensembles.

T-Shirt Design
Along with trailers, most bands also use "show shirts" as a layer of their uniform. These shirts display the show logo and are worn a spirit events, such as pep rallies, games, and band competitions. The shirts are also a point of pride for the community, being worn by families and friends of the band members.

PROMOTIONAL PACKAGES
Building a community around the band also takes increasing the visibility of the program. Through the use of social media banners, spirit wear, and performance schedules, I help the band programs promote their events.

Other ENSEMBLES
My work has expanded outside of marching band and into other musical ensembles. In more recent years, I've had the privilege to work with Jazz and Mariachi groups.
